She is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and a registered tax agent, and she works with health practices, family businesses and professionals across Bayside Melbourne. The technical side is a given. What clients mention first is that she explains things in plain English, and answers the phone.

How do fees work?
After the discovery call we scope the work and quote it in writing, fixed wherever possible. You'll know the number before you commit to anything.
I already have an accountant. Is switching a hassle?
It's handled for you. With your authority we deal with your old accountant directly for records and history. It usually takes a couple of weeks and none of your time.
I'm behind on my returns.
It's a common first conversation. As a registered tax agent, Peggy deals with the ATO on your behalf, and the outcome is usually better than you're fearing.
We're only new. Is it too early for an accountant?
No. Getting the structure right at the start costs a fraction of what it costs to fix later, and the first conversation is free either way.
Where do we meet?
Brighton, or video if that suits your week better. Most clients end up doing a mix of both.
Do you do more than tax returns?
Yes. Tax is part of it, but most clients come for the advisory side: strategy, structure, cashflow and growth planning.
